ZANA HOTELS POLICY:
1. Cancellation / Amendment / No Show Policy
- Reservation must be cancelled 7 days prior to the planned date of arrival. Reservations cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to total accommodation charge. Reservations made on promotional offers with 100% advance deposit required at the time of reservations are non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-amendable for entire length of stay.

2. Refund Policy
In a normal scenario, the refunded amount shall reflect in the next billing cycle of the credit card. However, it could take around 45-60 business days for the actual crediting to take place depending on the bank’s practice.
3. Guarantee and Payment Policy
- All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by a Credit Card. All major credit cards are accepted.
- Advance payment is required to secure the booking. In absence of advance payment, the reservation will be released automatically. Once the reservation is released, the tariff may change and the room will be offered subject to availability, at the time of fresh booking.
4. Important Information
- Guests are mandated to present a government-approved photo identification proof during check-in.
- For Indian Nationals, a valid identification proof would entail a Driving License, Voter Identification Card, Aadhar Card or any government-approved proof besides PAN Card. All foreign nationals are mandated to provide a valid passport and VISA.
- Please inform hotel in advance of your expected arrival time. Hotel standard check-in time is 3 PM and check-out time is 11 AM
- Any special requests are subject to availability and may attract an additional charge.
- Up to two children below 12 years of age are permitted in each room with accompanying parents. Guests above 12 years shall be treated as adults and extra charges will apply.
- We do not accept personal cheques. Payments are accepted using debit or credit cards, cash, payment links, and NEFT
- All room preference will be subject to availability
